Cornell University is proud to be hosting the 2008 American Society of Virology meeting. The entire scientific program of ASV '08, including symposia, poster sessions, workshops, satellite meetings and all conference dining will be accomodated on the campus of Cornell University. The morning symposia will be simulcast to Call Auditorium, in Kennedy Hall, where we invite you to exhibit. Daily State-of-the-Art talks and the poster sessions and receptions will also take place in Kennedy Hall, so the exhibit area will be visited throughout the day. The conference begins at 3:30 pm Saturday, July 12, with a Welcome Reception for all participants, followed by a Keynote Address (5:30 pm) and the first (of 54) workshop sessions (7:30 - 11pm). The exhibitor locations are within the traffic patterns for symposia, workshops, receptions, and social activities. The exhibition schedule is as follows:

Exhibitor setup: Sunday, July 13, 8 am-10:30 am

Exhibits open: Sunday, July 13, 10:30 am-10:30 pm, flexible hours
Monday July 14, 10:30 am-10:30 pm, flexible hours
Tuesday, July 15, 10:30 am-3:30 pm, flexible hours

Exhibitor takedown, Wednesday 3:30 pm-6 pm

Each exhibitor will be provided a 10'x10' space with one skirted, linen-covered six-foot exhibit table and full registration for one company representative. Registration fee gives the exhibitor representative access to all scientific sessions on campus (beginning Saturday at 3:30 pm), receptions, refreshment breaks, conference materials, including bag lunches on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, dinners on Sunday and Monday, and the Tuesday evening banquet with dinner, entertainment and dancing. Additional representatives may be registered for a charge of $250 each.
